Refund & Return Policy

Ahni Beauty’s eCommerce store (“AhniBeautyOnline.com”) return policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be read alongside our main Terms:

Please have a look at our Return & Exchange policy when you purchase our products. This policy applies to any order you place with us at AhniBeautyOnline.com.

 

Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges

All hair products are final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange, except that items may be returned where the wrong product is delivered to the customer, as evidenced by the order confirmation sent to the customer by Ahni Beauty.

 

Returns Under Exception and Return Process

1. Eligibility

Eligibility for shipping error returns requires the following:

a. The customer must, within 48 hours of delivery1, contact Ahni Beauty by calling the contact number listed on the shipping invoice or emailing Ahni Beauty at [email protected];

b. The item(s) must be unopened and, if packaged in a manufacturer’s sealed container, have no signs of package tampering; and

c. The delivered item(s) are not on the order confirmation notification.

 

2. Return Process

a. Ahni Beauty will examine the evidence and, if verified, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to the email address provided in the original order with pre-paid shipping within three business days of receiving the claimed error (Sundays and Federal holidays are not considered business days for this process).

b. The customer must properly pack the item to ensure the item and its manufacturer packaging (if shipped as such) arrives undamaged. 

c. The customer must ship the item to the designated location identified in the RMA within seven business days (for this purpose, a business day is any day other than Saturday, Sunday, or a Federal holiday) from the date of the RMA transmittal2.

 

3. Exchange 

a. Upon timely receipt of an authorized returned item in an unopened container and, if packaged in a manufacturer’s sealed container, have no signs of package tampering, and the merchandise itself is intact, Ahni Beauty will exchange the item(s) with the item(s) reflected in the original order.

b. Ahni Beauty will ship the correct merchandise according to Ahni Beauty Supply’s Shipping Policy, except that the customer will not be charged for shipping.

Note:

  1. The date and time of delivery to the customer are evidenced by the shipping service’s tracking system or a prepaid return receipt.
  2. The date of the RMA transmittal is evidenced by the sent date reflected in the Ahni Beauty email transmitted to the customer, as reflected in Ahni Beauty Supply’s host email servers.
