Shipping Policy

Ahni Beauty’s Shipping Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be read alongside our main Terms:

Please have a look at our Shipping Policy when you purchase our products. This policy applies to any order you place with us.

Shipping Options

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available at our sister store, Ahni Beauty Supply, at 6420 Brandon Ave, Springfield, VA.

Customer pick-up is available Monday - Friday, 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., and Saturday, 11:00 - 5:00 p.m., except on Federal holidays or other closures.

Customers will receive an email confirmation when an order is ready for pickup. Customers must present their pickup confirmation notice to retrieve their order.

Orders are not released without Ahni Beauty staff verification of the pickup confirmation notice.

Customers must pick up orders within seven (7) business days of the date we send the notice, as evidenced on our sent mail servers ((business days in this policy are defined as Monday through Friday, except for Federal holidays). Untimely pick-up may result in the ordered merchandise's return to stock. If orders are returned to stock due to untimely pick-up, the order may be canceled. The customer will be notified of the cancellation, and a refund will be processed in the form of original payment within ten (10) business days of the cancellation notice, as shown on our sent email servers.


Delivery Service Providers

Customers may choose their preferred options from the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) at checkout.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within two (2) business days (business days in this policy are defined as Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays) of receipt and verified payment. For example, the processing time for an order received on a Sunday or Holiday begins on the next business day.


Shipping Locations

We ship within the contiguous United States.


Shipping Time

The time in transit to the customer from when we transfer the merchandise to the shipping provider is determined by the shipping provider and the shipping method the customer selects. Since shipping providers and shipping methods vary, please see the shipping provider for transit times.


Shipping Restrictions

We adhere to all USPS and UPS shipping restrictions.

We do not ship any materials defined as hazardous under U.S. Department of Transportation regulations.

We do not ship to general-use P.O. boxes.


Delayed Orders

We will inform customers of processing delays via email and provide a revised estimated date for shipment.

The service provider must address any delay after our release to the shipping servicer. Tracking information will be provided to the customer when we release the order to the shipping service. Shipment tracking may take up to 48 hours to activate.
